Our Team
Dr. Balajith Shetty MBA, PhD. - Managing Director, has handled marketing and executed projects all over India. He is good at long-term thinking, marketing, project management, handling customers and rolling out processes. He has an experience of 25 years in marketing and project management. He also has extensive knowledge and experience in water treatment and processing of wastewater. He was awarded Leaders in Innovation Fellowship by the Royal Academy of Engineering (RAE) London UK and the University of Cambridge. He has established more than 40 bottled water plants India.
Mr. Abhin Shetty – JT. Managing Director, is a law graduate and PGD in management from Pune University, he started his first venture of a 100-seater co-working space in Pune, which sold out within a month’s time. He coordinates with manufacturers and distribution associates; he is good at organizing the team, delivery system and general corporate management
Mr. Rabin Shetty – Director, Quality & Audits is a Master in Environmental Science and PGDM in marketing from Pune University. He is an ISO certified Internal Auditor for Integrated Management Systems based on ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management Systems) & ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems). He is also an accredited public speaker and leader from Toastmasters International.
Mr. Deepak Patelia – General Manager Marketing is a graduate from Pune University. He has worked in the beverages industry for more than 25 years, handled Pune and Mumbai region for distribution of bottled water as regional head, worked in the 20L market in appointing distribution system and is associated with the founders for the last 25 years. Earlier, he worked with Parle and Coca Cola.
Mr. Vishal Takawale – Project Manager (Engineering) is an Electrical Engineer by qualification and has worked in the bottled water industry for more than 15 years. He has worked with well-known brands such as Kinley and Oxyrich. He has good knowledge of quality control systems and good manufacturing practice (GMP) and can handle the water manufacturing units.
Mr. Pramananda Pai – Business associate for Karnataka – Has more 50 years marketing experience and takes care of Karnataka market.
Apart from the aforementioned team, we have more than 25 site workers specialized in piping, wielding and structural work. We can mobilize more workers to anywhere in India. We are equipped with all the tools and machines required for the erection and installation on site.
